Policy and Returns

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of item arrival. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back an item we are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.  

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Size Exhanges
Size exhanges are accepted following the same rules as refunds. Buyer is responsible for all shipping. Please note that our inventory goes fast, and items may not be in stock for exchange if you want a different size. To ensure your size accommodation please purchase that size/item as there will be no holds. 

Damaged Items
All items are inspected before being offered for sale and shipped. If we miss something, send pictures of the damage within 3 days of arrival. We will do eveything we can to make it right.

Shipping Times

In stock items are shipped within 3 business days of order. Not including holidays. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday.
