Size Exhanges
Size exhanges are accepted following the rules listed below.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back an item we are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping. Please note that our inventory goes fast, and items may not be in stock for exchange if you want a different size. To ensure your size accommodation please purchase that size/item as there will be no holds.
Refunds For Exchanges (if applicable);
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange;
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Damaged Items
All items are inspected before being offered for sale and shipped. If we miss something, send pictures of the damage within 3 days of arrival for a refund. We will do eveything we can to make it right.
If we are contacted after 3 days, store credit or a new will be offered. Buyer must ship back the damaged item. All shipping is at buyers expense. No damaged items will be accepted past 30 days of delivery.
Shipping Times
In stock items are shipped within 3 business days of order. Not including holidays. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday.
